I don't know if other sizes would maintain the same diameter of the wheel+tire combination, so I'll leave that to others. Having just replaced the tires of my '96 900SE convertible, I realize that the size doesn't seem to be very common. (I've never leased a car, but is it possible that they would fine you for tires which merely "fit" but aren't the same size as the original tires?) My Saab dealer offered the Michelin Pilot (HX? SX? I forget) at about $265 each, Dunlop SP Sport 9000 at $195, and some Nitto tire at $165 (all prices are tires only; mounting & balancing extra). I went for the Dunlops and lovelovelove them, but you are probably looking to get away cheap. Have a look at www.tirerack.com to see what is available in that size-- it seems that it is mostly a performance size, but then you leased a sporty car, didn't you? Some are reasonably priced from Tire Rack, but I have never mail ordered tires so I don't know what shipping costs would be like or what a local shop would charge to install them... you might be better off just shopping for a private label tire at your local tire dealers.
