Greetings, I have recently purchased a 1996 900S. It has a fully integrated sound system comprising radio/cassete/CD with 6 CD stacker in the boot. The radio/tape/CD operation is controlled by buttons on the front dash. The problem I have is that occasionally when I go select the CD button the CD player will not operate. Radio & tape both work fine. It seems to be random as to whether it will work or not. At first we thought that resetting the CD's in the stacker fixed it (ie popping them all out then back in again), but even this does not work all the time. Turning the car off & back on does not fix it. Is this a known problem with this model?? I've had it looked at by SAAB but of course it worked perfectly in the workshop. :-( cc to email appreciated steve
