That's pretty > techy by definition ;-) > > Anyone out there _not_ fitting that description? *raising hand* i'm married to a man who is quite passionate about saab's and likes to work on them...i don't have a particular preference for the car, but what did get me to like the car more than another choice is the air recirculation feature (i do a lot of city driving, bus exhaust is not pleasing). lately, i'm also very happy with the adjustable heated seat feature--it's been cold lately, and the car gets parked outside frequently. i am, however, trying to learn more about the cars. my lack of "passion" for the car also helps to quiet those who love to tease my husband about saabs. my response to them; "they may look like squashed bugs, but their much much faster and a nice warm seat in the dead of winter is a definite bonus." on a side note, the manager for the building was amazed at how great my 91 9000 looks "for a saab". also, since we live in an area that is big on "buying american" (although anymore, i don't think there is any car made totally in america) telling someone that saab is owned by GM now quiets them quickly. my two cents Julie
