They handle service and shipping very professionally, acting as a resource for dealers and shops across the country, and usually have a decent little stock of units they've bought from auctions, dealer closeouts, etc. The last piece I gave them was a base AM/FM/Cassette, and a complete cleaning and overhaul cost $115, parts included.
