There are companies that make special tools for saab front brakes. He should be able to get one from a saab dealer (there is a saab part number for it, the parts department will know what you need). Basically, you put the tool on, turn it to the right (tighten) and put pressure on it as well, usually I use a screwdriver as a prybar.
