Just bought 91 Saab 900..the car running nice..have couple problems...It wont pass california emissions test..very high HC..at the idle....mechanic didnt find any problem..he told me change a catalytic converter also new mufflers....car has new spark plugs,wire ,oil change....any of you know what can be a problem?i really should change catalytic converter..?i ask around prize seems very high for converter and muffler....car has less then 100.000 mile..any advice will be very helpful..thanks
