Are your power seats working? If not, then it is probably the connector cable directly under the bottom edge of the driver's seat. That connector provides power to both seats. The connector cable has many multi-colored wires bundled into one connecting end which is rectangular shaped. On my '95 900SE, this connector slips out from time to time, as it is made removable. If it is disconnected, find the connector hole, which is under the bottom edge of the driver's seat (I think it is near the center) and simply re-plug it in. If it is already plugged in make sure it is not just loose. If your seats are working, and the heaters are not working, then it may be that that part of the connector cable (the wire) had been cut.
