<Snip> Akito, Sounds like a problem on the high tension side of the ignition. As they are cheap (any good auto parts store) I would change the plug leads, Distributor cap and rotor arm. As cars no longer use points these latter parts seem to get forgotten. Check all the wiring to the coil and ignition amplifier, make sure they are clean and dry. THe Bosch sytle connections on the ignition / fuel injection do corrode after a while as the seals are effected buy the thermal cycling under the bonnet (hood) One trick to try is to wait till the car is cold and then when it's dark get somebody to fire the engine up while you look under the bonnet. If there are any bad parts in the HT system you can often see the blue sparks of the high tension leaking away. Hope this helps, Malc Scotland > (in Ontario... that's whay a long trip!) Guess that's further than John O' Groats to Landsend!!!! > Sent via Deja.com http://www.deja.com/ Before you buy.
