You should have checked Edmund's and Kelly Blue Book first before buying a Saab. They are great cars but they are not cheap to keep, as you found out. The same could be said about many cars, go to the local Mercedes or Porsche dealer and ask how much it costs to maintain one of their cars. Your definition of "expensive" will be re-defined. Just one last thing - "excessive repairs" are probably due to a a "lack of routine maintenance".
