My 88 9000T fan is blowing on High all the time. No matter what I press on my ACC the blower blows at 3 all the time. Sometimes it will blow like on 2 for a little bit then start blowing at 3 randomly. I also have been hearing sounds comming from under my dash around the center (where the blower motor is I think) it sounds like a harddrive spinning. Does this have anything to do with it...The rest of the ACC controls work fine..Is it the motor, acc, some sort of relay? I dont know please help!
