New at www.nospam.net 04/03/2000 This is going to be the last update for at least 10 days as I'm going away later this week for a short break. I had an interesting e-mail from Courtney King earlier this week. Courtney owns and drives/hires out a Saab 900 Turbo stretched Limo ! The only one in the world ? More specific details about the car and how you can hire it will be appearing shortly. It's only been four months since I uploaded the first webpage to www.nospam.net, that has now increased to 101 pages ! as of this update. The competition to win the Anson 1:18 scale 900 Turbo convertible is hotting up, have a bash at the answer if you haven't already done so. You will have noticed that a new banner has appeared on the homepage. I'm not a great fan of banners, but CarParts.com does have a genuinely good inventory of Saab 900 parts at very reasonable prices. USA only I'm afraid. I have been searching the web over the last couple of weeks for material which would be beneficial to the DIY or budding DIY mechanic. I have added several links to the "Tips & Advice" section which will hopefully be useful. 25 new 900 images have been added to the "Miscellaneous" section of the gallery. I have made a big effort to improve the navigation around the site and have added a navigation bar to every page on the site, all 101 of them ! Hope this helps. There has been one new "Mileage" contribution from Gordon Booth. New pictures in from Tom Lansing of his 85' & 89' SPG's which you can find in the "3 door hatch" section of the gallery. The very first "Car for Sale" advertisment ! and two new "Parts wanted" advertisments. There is also a new link in the "Saab enthusiasts" section of the links directory. Please visit Rune's page when you have a spare minute. Last but not least there is a new Poll - How much Mileage has your 900 covered ? Please vote ! I really want to build on the "Tips & advice" page, I think it will become a really useful resource for everyone, so I'll have a look around the worldwide web from time to time to see if I can come up with some more links. If anybody finds anything interesting or can contribute something personally please e-mail me. As already mentioned I had a mail from Courntey this week regarding his 900 Turbo stretched limo. I will be working on designing a new web page over the next couple of weeks promoting the car. If anybody has a special occasion coming up and would like to hire the car please get in touch. Matt Faulks is in the process of writing a guide to upgrading your ICE (In Car Entertainment) system. Matt tells me it's about 75% finished so it should be appearing in the "Tips & advice" section soon. Until next time - Simon.
