I took my 85 900T16 motor apart when I grenaded the gearbox and blew the headgasket. W/ 217K miles, still had the orig x-hatch in the cyl walls w/no apparent wear. This motor has not been rebuilt. Too bad the gearboxes suck, the motors are bullet-proof. Well, so I heard, I haven't shot at mine, yet :-) -Ray -- To reply via email, lift off the throttle.
