think of it like this....daytime running lights make a lot of sense to most people, but not all people. Unlike GM, SAAB givesyou the option of turning them off. Unless you have some weird phobia of being seen, leave the switch in "running lights" except at night in which case "headlights" is better cause you can access hi beams and driving lights. Sheldon L.
