I have a 1996 900 SE and I also have a "ticking noise". It is only when I shut the car off. It comes from the center of the console , and sounds like its just above the ash tray.I still have no idea what this could be. It isn't very loud at all, you have to sit in silence and listen for it. but it is there. my two cents, Ryan "Chris Schousboe" <schousnopsama.ca> wrote in message news:ZnQG4.3312$9o.6161443nopsam.magma.ca... > For about seven months now, I have been noticing a fast > "ticking" noise with my 97 Saab 900 SE Turbo.
