If you're wanting to sell the car in a few years then its a good deal. Saabs are safe and have a good resale value. But any car where theres snow is going to rust and IT WILL BE EXPENSIVE TO FIX. In some cities you wont even find a mechanic to work on Saabs and if you do parts will be about tree times as much (not exaggerating). Best car for your $ economically is a Honda civic - they make so many they are really cheap to repair. If safety is your issue I would look into a Mercedes M-class, about the safest thing you can get and really cheap for a Mercedes. But then they use alot of gas.
