Before you spend money on a replacement, try cleaning it. I recommend Berryman's B-12 Spray Carburetor Choke cleaner. I have an 87 9000S I bought used with 145890. I have cleaned the AIC and the MAF with the Berryman's. Make sure you have no vaccum leaks and if your 88 9000T is high mileage, check the alternator output. I just replaced my alternator this past weekend. In retrospect, now I understand why my mileage was down, power was down and the idle was rough. Everything is smooth now, and I passed my emissions test Tuesday. Kicked it in the probe. Ken Washington 87 9000S 87 900S 83 900T
