Anything from '87 on is generally going to cost a little more. They have composite headlights and integrated bumpers. Some trouble spots that can happen on either turbos or non: Leaky steering rack Broken seat heaters Poor idle (16v engines) Bad CV joints Misc. oil leaks Weak clutch / Worn autobox Most are fairly easy to fix if you are DIY'er, but a mechanic will probably take you through the wringer.
