There are some elastic metal wire fasteners which keeps the bulps in place. Find these and loosen them, and the bulbs should come out behind the lights. The place is awkward and you need good light to see what you are doing. Replace both bulbs when you are at it. I dont need to tell you not to touch the glass on the new bulbs? Johannes
