The only thing that will hurt your engine is not changing your oil!!! Synthetic oil won't hurt either but it's a waste of money. If it makes you feel good though it's worth it.I spend extra money on organic veggies and I have no idea if it will make me live longer. I've had many high mile saabs running regular oil but I change it at 5000 miles or less. Don't trip I've been working on saabs for 15 years and they have a tough motor. Just drive it and live a little buy the better bottle of wine a flowers for your wife it will go much further than the oil change of synthetic oil on the car.
