If you dont notice any difference, run it on 95. In my experience there is a significant difference. What you might have noticed is that when you run it on 98 instead boost preasure is not decreased as much as with 95 on high revs. Also, wich may be easier to see and feel, boost preasure build up is "much" smoother with 98. For a standard car these differences may be small (not on my car though), on a tuned car the difference is often significant since the ECU software is optimized for 98.
