Yeah, the Pagid Pads from G+S can squeal a bit can't they!! Especially in calipers that are a bit worn. Go back to them and get a bottle of Bendix brake quietener. This is a sqeezy bottle of blue goo that you coat the back of the pads with. It costs about 4 UK pounds and is what you need. I did the job on my brothers '87 900 turbo and peace returned to our neighbourhood. Since then we've replaced calipers, disks pads and fitting kits on the front with parts from G+S and theres been no noise at all so I don't think there's anything wrong with the pads they supply, but they don't like old disks.
