Subject: Stiff shifting (Bushings, alighnment?) Help!


The shifting on my 88 9000T can be difficult sometimes...it really isnt smooth at all...when i am driving i can go into 3rd 4th and 5th nicly..some times at a stop i cant get into 1st at all and I have to put it other gears them finally squeeze it in there...1st to 2nd is stiff to...now my question is where do i look to solve this...i have a hyanes manual and it says there is an alighment hole where u stick a screw driver i but there isnt one...then it mentions bushing...could this be the cause...is there is a differ method for alignment on an 88...any suggestions please help... thank u brad 88 9000T 192000 and does a 125mph smoooooothly Sent via Deja.com http://www.deja.com/ Before you buy.
