One person on this forum stated that he watched the 'mechanic' drain his transmission oil and add to his engine oil. I would suspect that this is because the people at Jiffy Lube may not be familiar with Saabs. You should have seen what the State licensed and certified inspection mechanic did to my Saab when he tried to do the emission test. He was not dumb, he just did not know that the '86 900 had the parking brake on the front wheels. It was down right amazing how the car stalled out when he yanked up on the parking brake. What was almost tragic was the time another inspector put the front wheels of my 240 Volvo on the rollers. It is RWD and would have hit the wall if I did not tell him. His reply was 'Oh I knew it was RWD' after he turned the car around and put the rear wheels on the rollers. The lesson here, asked questions, trust no one until they answer your questions to your satisfaction. Good luck with who ever you pick!
