Ryan, I have have similar experiences with Scott Saab and is probably the only reason why I would consider not owning a Saab ever again. I had a number of warranty repairs done recently and they kept pushing out the date for no justifiable reason. And even then the repair was not done correctly. Not worth the drive over the bay. Have you tried the SAAAB Store on Gandy? They are a little more primitive on personal hygiene than Scott Saab, but they get the job done the first time at a reasonable price.
