Does sound like a vacuum leak. Check all the vacuum hoses at the ends to see if they are cracked. THe most common vacuum leak is at the Charcoal canister located in the left fender. Turbo bypass valve leaks can also cause the problem. Another good possibility is EV plug failure. Check the plugs to see if they are black. IF so, replace them. Hopefully this will help.
