Thirdly, have a rag loosely wrapped around each fitting to catch some ot the fuel that will spurt/pour/drip out anyway. Fourthly, already have paid big bucks at the Saab dealer for the new filter. Fifthly, be prepared to lie on your back, in front of your left side rear wheel (I believe it's in front) and get gas on your hands, arms and anything else in the way. Also, if you can afford them, the 'flare-nut' wrenches from Sears or elsewhere do a better job on those types of nuts then standard open-ends. Happy wrenching! Bob
