Subject: Re: Gross headlight residue

hello, i have a similar problem. my one headlight seems to get a "ton" of condensation or water inside it. i am hoping to find a way to open it up and then reseal it. if i find a way to open it i will let you know. otherwise you could remove the unit from the car and soak the reflector/lense unit (minus bulbs, etc) in a cleaner. if you can't remove the lens from the car at all then you should try flooding it with the cleaner, then vacuuming out the fluid (wet/dry vac and a little piece of rubber hose). hope this helps. -- Nate t.
