I am about to install an active sub in my Saab 1994 Saab 900S. I have to connect RCA and power cables from the CD/Amp (Pioneer DEH-435R with RCA ouput) mounted in the dashboard to the rear of the car. What is the best path for the cables from the rear to the center console? Follow the side of the car under the plastic doorsteps/carpet, or in the middle of the car under the rear seat to the back end of the center console? Can I nick ACC power from any cable at the rear (if exist?), or do I have to connect it to the same cable as the CD/Amp up front? I know I have the easy option to hook the sub on to the rear left/right speaker cables, but I don't want to do that. Well I might have to if the RCA output is constant. Sound odd to have constant RCA output on a car stereo, could that be? -- Johan
