I changed the heatercore without pulling the engine forward, the workshopmanual states that one must pull it forward, but it can be done without doing that, but itīs not easy, you will expand your vocabulary of bad language during the operation. The operation took me about 1,5 hours to get the core out, and about 3 hours to get it back. This was on a -90 9000 CD with ACC, on one witout AC/ACC it will probably be easier. /Mats
