Even if this is a small problem, all these mails show how difficult it can be to seek truth from a car manufacturer, whatever important the safety concern is. I don't think the problem you found is big enough to entitle it "Unsafe Saab". These words should be reserved for obvious safety issues which unfortunately exist in all car companies and which are really worth "fighting". Saab has many particularities which improve safety and this shouldn't be a good reason for claiming and blaming more intensively when a misprint is discovered. Though, it is strange to see Saab's reaction (ignoring the customer's claim) and it will be interesting to know the end of the story when you will get the final explanation from Saab Australia. I wish you enjoy your Saab even with this small imperfection... Remi.
