New this week at.... www.nospam New additions this week to the Tech Help section include Paul's excellent guide on how to check your Timing/camshaft chain for wear. Again I have been busy scanning in the some of the brochures that I picked up at Splash out on Spares earlier this year. This week in the 'Features' section is a review on the 8v Turbo carried out by 'Autocar & Motor' in February 1989. There has been a new addition to the '3 door hatch' section of the 'Gallery', Per-Erik "Mr Turbo" Arvidssons' 1991 900S which has been tuned to over 200 BHP. There has been an addition to the 'Recommended Specialists' in the 'Links' section, again from Mike Linney. Thanks Mike. There have been three new additions to the 'Mileage' section. Thanks to Dave Molloy, Douglas Young and Gavin Almeda.. Another new addition to the 'Tech Help' section, a link to the excellent 'Tech Tips' section at Andrews of Princetown in the USA. We have added a Map Locator to the 'Events' section, so if you are not sure exactly where the event is you can now locate it anywhere Worldwide using the excellent "Mapquest" service. As always there are lots of new ideas in the pipeline. After the recent attempted theft of my car and my consequent search for better car security, I thought it might be interesting to run an article on the subject. Your experiences and recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I am hoping to have the next section of the Form and Function book ready for publication by next weekend. Paul has some more 'Tech Help' articles in the pipeline. More details coming soon. There are also several longer term plans which we will let you know about closer to the time. The new Poll 'Who does your maintenance' is going well. Please vote if you haven't already done so. Please also remember there is a new Competition to win a genuine '1991 Saab 900 accessories catalogue' The question is - 'What year did the Saab 900 first appear on the market ?' A clue to the answer can be found in the 'Features' section, in the 'History of the 900' feature. If you haven't already done so don't forget to join the mailing list, and be kept informed of updates to this site. As always thanks to everyone who has contributed.
