i just bought a 93 Saab 9000CS. the ventilation fan is always running, regardless of whether or not the ac/heat is on. i pulled the fuse to the vent fan, and the fan shut off, but when i plug it back in, it starts up again my Saab guy has never heard of this problem. he's gonna fix it, but i don't want the car at his shop for a week while he diagnosis it. can someone give me possible reasons for this phenomenon? thanks in advance -- changedshadow "CS!
