I tried 87 octane in my 86 900SE 2.0T and the "check engine" light kept
coming on. So I either run 93 octane or fill it with 50/50 93 octane and
89 octane to make 91 - which I think the manual says is the "optimal"
rating or something like that. No check engine lights either.
