The handling criticism was in particular for the 9-3 convertible, I doubt if
suspension changes will have much effect on the body stiffness here. The
Viggen convertible might be built differently ?  Many other convertibles,
however, also lacks body stiffness compared to coupe versions. E.g. BMW Z3 .
