Hi, SAAB 9000 CD 2.3T 262000KM. Problem description: Automatic Transmission would not changed from 3rd gear to 4th when accelerating fast. It seemed like the car would fall to neutral until I unpress the accelerator. With a slow acceleration the transmission was shifting ok. Solution: Kick down cable was broken. It had nothing to do with a bad transmission problem. Dealer replaced the kick down cable with a new one and reprogram the electronic module of the transmission (ASR). The car is accelerating fine now. Mario Lachance
