Because:- The equipment level in this SE is exactly what I wanted (AS3, HFS, Driver Pack) The Aero is more expensive, with less equipment. I've had insurance quotations on an Aero and a modified SE 2.0 The 2.0 is a smoother engine Not sure I want to make the leap all the way from 150bhp from my old 9000 CSE to 230bhp, I'll just do it in stages. I might work up to an Aero later. The deal on the SE was very good, about the same price as you can import them for. (and they took the 9000 in part exchange.) Since I have been a Saab enthusiast (which happend when I was invited to the Newcastle launch of the 99 Turbo (cheese grater wheels) at the age of 13) I have always wanted the top of the range Turbo, but I don't think I'm quite ready yet. I'm also trying to contradict one or two of these reasons by building a 430bhp kit car. Pete.
