I know how you feel- once had my XR2 serviced by Hartwell Ford in Lincoln - got back to the car & found the rear view mirror on the passenger seat.At least they fixed it after I complained. The same garage the service before removed my alloy wheel centres and took half the paint off them in the process - again they put them back on and never said a word. I complained & they resprayed. Seems to me they are happy to damage your car and keep quiet about it.
