I have an 2.0 Engine I use an average of 9.8 - 10.3 l/100Km. I drive at 30% on a highway (130-150 Km/h), 30% road (90-110 Km/H) and the rest in the city. With the 2.3 Engine you can reduce the fuel consumtion from 5% because the engine has more power so for the same acceleration with 2.3 as the 2.0 you use less gas. With the 2.0 Turbo engine it is a little different, if you drive quickly the fuel consumption can go very very high, more than 13l/100 Km but with very fast acceleration and high speed, near from 200Km/h. In other case, the fuel consumption is near from 2.3 engine.
