This is some saab story indeed. As far as marketing campaign feedback goes, you should consider yourself lucky that your complaint rate is less than 3%, according to the figures you quoted. All other professional marketing organisations should be so lucky . . . So stop whining. You can't on one hand treat this NG as a business forum from which to peddle your web site, then get hurt and cheezed off if three people flame you. You seem to want to make some of us feel guilty that we didn't give you a fair go. It's all a bit of a shame, because I'm sure we all see a genuine enthusiast behind the MasterTech branding. But we're maybe a bit fed up with the tacky means of advertising - every once in a while answering a bundle of questions with the same tired refrain - the address to your web site. If your primary motive for being here is to help Saab enthusiasts, then why not limit yourself to that, but post an advertisement every week or so to remind us that you want to do business. If, on the other hand, you're in this for commercial gain, then be prepared to take a hit or three from those of us who prefer to receive advice from some altruistic hobby mechanic whom we may in turn get the chance to help at a future time. As far as your having 3 guys blast you for posting, I think the figure is a bit higher. I myself have had a go at you a couple of times for your bad taste, I've seen Ken Washington get stuck into you over more factual issues, and a few more whose names I can't remember (sorry to those whom I've forgotten). More will probably make themselves heard soon. But - if you really have received "hundreds or so emails ... in support", then why do you feel compelled to tell us how mean the "three" of us really are, and then say you're going to quit? Cutting off your nose to spite your face, if you ask me. Put up with your enemies and get on with the spamming as usual. If not, then at least don't quit for the wrong reasons.
