No, he didn't help me... not any more than you just said yourself. I don't believe a statement like that is help. It may be an idea, but it is NOT helpful advice. There were no directions, hints or pointers. He never mentioned the correct depth of the pump.... why not? Never mentioned the strainer inlet. why not? Cuz it's too much work and/or he doesn't know.
