I don't share your opinion of the Master Tech. Although his spam link to the faqs was no good, they are at http://www.thesaabsite.com/faqs.htm, and they're as thorough an faq page you'll find at any Saab site. Sure he's trying to peddle parts, but his prices, for the most part, aren't bad, and given the rarity of Saab parts in many places of the U.S., his online parts store does provide an important service to the NG. His always-curt answers *are* often dismissive; however, most of the time his diagnosis is right.
