The car has the LPI ringtank installation proposed by Saab Belgium. The tank, which is completely hidden in the space of the spare wheel, has a capacity of 51 litres LPG (real capacity about 40litres) . The good thing is that absolutely no luggage space is lost, the downside is that the autonomy is only about 300 km. Consumption slightly rises when driving on LPG but there are no effects whatsoever on the performances of the car. While driving you can freely switch between Petrol and LPG without feeling any differences in performance. The whole installation was rather expensive (about 2500 Euro + tax), but regarding todays fuel prices and the amount of km's we do every year it should still be advantageous. KA!
