When I started out it was all done on papyrus. Lucky kid. My first programs were engraved on small pyramidions. It was hell because if you forgot to close a loop the pyramidion would shatter. Also, we didn't have "object-oriented hieroglyphics", so you had to build complex data structures one painful engraving of Ramses and seven dog-headed gods at a time. > Bob
