It'll also mean you come down with more dodgy infections during the winter ;-). Best thing is just to leave the button pressed down but close a vent if its too cold. Oh and as for fuel economy, makes about 1/4 of a tanks difference when I go to London in my company Toyota Avensis (I'm not going to leave a lowered, 240bhp, big alloyed Saab 900 alone in the middle of London now am I ;-) )
