It has NOTHING to do with moving from V to H rated tire. Most probable the balancing machine is not as accurate as your car requires. take the tires to another (better) store and let them do a high spin tire balance. Sometimes it's better to place the weights on the inside of the wheel. there is also the possibility that one or more of the tires are defective.
