This question appears with steady intervals. The answer is always: not worth it. Turbo engine has lower compression, stronger rods and different valves and manifold Car with turbo engine has stronger brakes and suspension to cope with increased power. I don't know how it is at your place, but such car would need to be re-approved here. Buy yourself a second-hand turbo car with blown engine instead...it will probably end up cheaper.
