I had excellent experience with Tire Rack for over 15 years; I must've bought at least six or seven sets of tires from them with no problems, a first rate outfit. However, to maintain first class service you have to weed out second rate customers: the whiners, the aggressive, the know it all, and yes the vindictive moaners.
