Subject: Re: 97 900SE 3 door - seating comfort question

I'm 6'5", most of which is in my legs, and I'm pretty pleased with the seat comfort in my '95 900SE. Occasionally things get a little tight around the knees below the steering wheel, but for the most part the car is very comfortable for me as a driver. The seats on my 3-door go back plenty far enough for the proper seating position - though I wouldn't try to squeeze an adult behind the seat when it is all the way back. One thing to keep in mind is that when the driver seat is as far back as possible, its a little hard to get the driver side-mirror to adjust outward enough. While I haven't tried this myself, I've heard that putting some washers/spacers behind the mirror will allow it to articulate farther.
