This is an apology letter on spaming your news group about 20 days ago. Saying "Your butt called me crying. Do you know why?" We have been hesitating whether we have to do this because this might be another spaming but we do feel that we have to do this. Because we just received a complain from a newsgroup dedicated to the support of people who have recently lost pets for advertisement. We feel so shame that we had posted an Ad on such news group. Who knows we might have caused other problems some other news group also. We feel so sorry about the spamming it was not meant to be that way. We thought we have innovated a great product that really helps to relieve people from feeling cold when they seat on the cold toilet seat. However we did not know what to do to promote the product so I was suffering for good promotion for our product and came across a program. As new to the e-commerce, I was very curious about the product that was free to try. I did not think it was working since it was free and it was asking me that I need to put my user ID and password for news group server. So I stop playing with it went to sleep. But the program was running while I was sleeping. We have got many letters complaining about the spamming so I search through what the "spam" is about. And now we do know much about what the spam is. We truly feel that Internet should be spam free. I feel so sorry that if my curiosity and an unfortunate mistake hurt any people on the net. As a result of this incident, we had to leave our web hosting company loosing some money at the same time. We have no complains about it because whether it was mistake or not we deserved it. We have been returning an apology mail to every complains we have received but my unfortunate mistake some how caused a lot more trouble than I thought.
