Subject: Fuse Mysteriously Blows

Hello, recently the radio in my '95 900SE will suddenly turn itself off, and the antenna will go down. If I turn the radio back on, then turn the ignition off, the radio remains on, I then have to turn the radio off manually after the ignition has been turned off to switch off the radio. Make sense? =) When this happens, I have noticed fuse #9 blows. This is a 15 amp fuse. Some more information: I have the clarion 6-disc cd player in the trunk hooked up to the stereo. I also have an aftermarket Kenwood amplifier driving a subwoofer attached to the stock Saab radio as well. When fuse 9 blows, the radio appears to operate as normal (except for the on-off procedure as I described at the beginning) but the amplifier (and subwoofer) no longer get power. I have replaced fuse 9 many times, but it continues to blow, usually around 2-3 minutes after it has been replaced. Any ideas on what is going on here? Something not grounded properly? This setup has worked flawlessly for over 2 years till now...
